For all SWIFTRef support (including data issues, directory publication issues, directory file related queries, website application errors or malfunctions, identity and access management concerns), please ensure the following:
If you are registered for SWIFT support, create a support case .
If you are not yet registered for SWIFT support:
- If you have a BIC, you can request access to SWIFT support here.
- If you do not have a BIC, or if you do not know your BIC, please contact your institution’s SWIFTRef administrator to request access.
