- Jacek Mierzejewski
Jacek joined Citi Handlowy in 1995 as a licensed securities broker. He is responsible for managing custody products at Citi Handlowy and is also a Chairman of the Custodian Bank Council in Poland. Between 2013 and 2014 Jacek represented the custodian community on the KDPW Supervisory Board. Jacek is involved in many market initiatives including in the past among others: implementation of omnibus accounts in Poland, change of securities lending regulations, or change of tax regulations.
Jacek has been awarded special prizes for his contribution to the development of the market by the National Bank of Poland and the Polish Bank Association as well as being granted the Nicolaus Copernicus Medal for contribution to the Polish banking community by the Polish Bank Association. Jacek graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and received an M.B.A. from the Warsaw University of Technology.
