Order Advanced Support and Care Services

All SWIFT customers are entitled to SWIFT Community Support. The SWIFT Community Support provides unlimited support by web, telephone, and various self-support tools or material.
SWIFT customers can further enhance their level of service to offerings from Advanced Support and Care Services portfolio for additional fee.

  • Advanced Support Services - Premium, Premium Plus, Premium Plus Custom - are aimed for customers to benefit from preventive and proactive activities provided by our global support centres and service management team. 
  • Care Services - Care Alliance Lite2, Care Alliance Access, Care Alliance Messaging Hub - are intended for customers that require further support and operational assistance from SWIFT for specific tasks related to their SWIFT environment.

Support packages and services

Form to be used for ordering of Advanced Support and Care packages and add-ons, such as Care Alliance Entry, Care Alliance Access or Care Alliance Messaging Hub, additional days of SWIFT effort, Custom support etc. Quotation reference from a SWIFT Account Manager will be required to proceed with this form
